Abstract: PRODUCED BY THE CORRECTIONS VOLUNTEER INFORMATION SERVICE, THE PORTFOLIO INCLUDES A BROAD RANGE OF INFORMATION ON PLANNING, TRAINING, MANAGING, AND EVALUATING VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS IN JAILS, PROBATION AND PAROLE, INSTITUTIONS, AND COMMUNITY-BASED FACILITIES, WITH ADDITIONAL, MORE INTENSIVE REFERENCES SUGGESTED THROUGHOUT THE TEXT. EACH CATEGORY OF INFORMATION IS TAB-INDEXED TO PROVIDE THE USER EASY ACCESS.
