POSSIBLE CONFIGURATIONS INCLUDE CENTRAL ALL-AGENCY DISPATCH; CENTRAL RECEIPT, DECENTRALIZED DISPATCH; OR DECENTRALIZED OPERATIONS. OTHER MAJOR CONSIDERATIONS TO BE REVIEWED IN SETTING UP AN EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER ARE ALSO DISCUSSED. (PRG)
