FIFTEEN BOOKS AND JOURNAL ARTICLES PUBLISHED BETWEEN 1971 AND 1976 EXPLAIN AND EVALUATE TERRORISM. TEN DISCUSSIONS OF POSSIBLE RESPONSES TO INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM, PUBLISHED BETWEEN 1973 AND 1976, DISCUSS EFFORTS TO DEVELOP INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS AND INDIVIDUAL STATE RESPONSES TO TERRORISM.
