Abstract: THE URBAN GUERRILLA IS DEFINED AS A MAN WHO FIGHTS THE MILITARY DICTATORSHIP WITH ARMS, USING UNCONVENTIONAL METHODS; AS A POLITICAL REVOLUTIONARY AND AN ARDENT PATRIOT; AND AS A PERSON WHO, UNLIKE THE OUTLAW, FOLLOWS A POLITICAL GOAL AND ATTACKS ONLY THE GOVERNMENT, THE BIG CAPITALISTS, AND THE FOREIGN IMPERIALISTS, PARTICULARLY NORTH AMERICANS. THEY ARE THE PHYSICAL LIQUIDATION OF THE CHIEFS AND ASSISTANTS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND OF THE POLICE, AND THE EXPROPRIATION OF GOVERNMENT RESOURCES AND THOSE BELONGING TO THE CAPITALISTS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN INDIVIDUAL URBAN GUERRILLAS AND THE REVOLUTION ITSELF. TECHNICAL TRAINING, ARMS, AND THE SHOOTING ABILITY OF THE URBAN GUERRILLA ARE OUTLINED AS WELL AS THE USE OF THE FIRING GROUP AS A UNIT OF ORGANIZATION, LOGISTICS, AGGRESSIVE TECHNIQUES AND SURPRISE TECHNIQUES, INFORMATION DISSEMINATION, AND THE OBJECTIVES OF MODELS OF ACTION LEADING TO ATTACK, PARTICULARLY IN BRAZIL. THESE OBJECTIVES INCLUDE THREATENING THE TRIANGLE IN WHICH THE BRAZILIAN STATE SYSTEM AND NORTH AMERICAN DOMINATION ARE MAINTAINED IN BRAZIL, WEAKENING THE SECURITY SYSTEM OF THE DICTATORSHIP, ATTACK WITH MANY DIFFERENT ARMED GROUPS, RECRUITMENT OF MALCONTENTS, INCREASE OF URBAN GUERRILLA DISTURBANCES, CREATION OF A STATE OF TENSION AND ALARM FOR THE POLICE AND ARMY, AND SUPPORT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A REVOLUTIONARY ARMY.
