Abstract: THE BIBLIOGRAPHY IS DIVIDED INTO 16 SECTIONS: OVERVIEW, GENERAL LEGISLATION, REPORTING STATUTES, NEGLECT, SEXUAL ABUSE, LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO REPORT, CENTRAL REGISTRY, RIGHTS OF CHILDREN, RIGHTS OF PARENTS, EVIDENCE, COURT STRUCTURES, TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS, CRIMINAL LIABILITY, MILITARY COMMUNITIES, FOREIGN COUNTRIES, AND LAW, MEDICINE, AND PSYCHOLOGY.
