UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR IN GOVERNMENT IS ALSO DISCUSSED, FOCUSING ON ETHICAL PROBLEMS OF CONGRESS, CORRECTIVE MEASURES FOR DISHONEST AND UNFAIR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATORS, POLITICAL PARTY OFFICIALS AND THE PUBLIC INTEREST, JUDICIAL ETHICS, AND THE ROLE OF THE OMBUDSMAN IN MODERN SOCIETY.
