ALSO DESCRIBED ARE THE CLOTHING AND OTHER PROPERTY ISSUED TO INMATES, AND THE PERSONAL ITEMS INMATES MAY KEEP WITH THEM. RULES OF BEHAVIOR ARE LISTED, AND DETAILS OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES ARE GIVEN. THE HANDBOOK ALSO COVERS VISITING HOURS AND RULES, NOTARY SERVICES, TRUSTEE ASSIGNMENTS, MONEY, COMMISSARY, MAIL AND TELEPHONE, FOOD SERVICES, PERSONAL HYGIENE, AND MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES. INFORMATION IS ALSO PROVIDED ON GOOD-TIME ALLOWANCES, EDUCATION AND RECREATION, COMMUNITY RESOURCES, LIBRARY, TELEVISION, AND RELIGIOUS PROGRAMS.
