Abstract: JUDGES AT THE ASSOCIATE JUDGE SEMINAR AGREED WITH VARIOUS STATE SUPREME COURT RULES AND AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 110 OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE OF 1963 (REVISED IN 1977), ALL DEALING WITH BAIL PROCEDURES. SEMINAR TOPICS INCLUDED RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN CIVIL LAW, EVIDENCE, CRIMINAL LAW, CONTEMPT, AND MOTION PRACTICE. TOPICS DISCUSSED AT THE ANNUAL JUDICIAL CONFERENCE INCLUDED DOMESTIC RELATIONS, CRIMINAL LAW, CONTRIBUTION AND INDEMNIFICATION, RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN CIVIL LAW, COMTEMPT, AND PROBLEMS IN TAXATION OF REAL ESTATE.
