Abstract: PRODUCED BY THE UNITED STATES FIRE ADMINISTRATION AND THE HARTFORD INSURANCE GROUP, THESE FOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS INCLUDE TWO BRIEF MESSAGES AIMED AT YOUNG TEENAGERS WHO MAY BE TEMPTED TO SET FIRES BECAUSE OF PEER EXAMPLE. THE OTHER TWO MESSAGES, TITLED 'AMERICA'S BURNING,' AND 'ARSON: A CRIME AGAINST YOU,' ARE DESIGNED FOR ADDING LOCAL INFORMATION. SUGGESTED SCRIPTS FOR BOTH THESE ANNOUNCEMENTS ARE GIVEN IN AN ACCOMPANYING GUIDEBOOK. (AOP)
