Abstract: CASE LAW INVOLVING CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGES TO CONSUMER STATUTES IS CITED THAT DEALS WITH VOID FOR VAGUENESS, EQUAL PROTECTION, FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FEDERAL PREEMPTION PROBLEMS, THE COMMERCE CLAUSE, DELEGATION PROBLEMS, AND OBLIGATION OF CONTRACT.
