Abstract: THE FIRST SECTION PROVIDES INFORMATION ON THE STATE'S JUDICIAL SYSTEM FROM ADJUDICATIVE AND MANAGERIAL VIEWPOINTS, ON THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM, ON JUDICIAL TRAINING PROGRAMS, ON DISTRICT ATTORNEYS BY COUNTY, AND ON MEMBERSHIP IN THE OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION. TWO SECTIONS REVIEW THE ACTIVITIES OF THE APPELLATE COURTS AND THE COURTS OF SPECIAL JURISDICTION. THE FOURTH SECTION REPORTS ON THE COUNCIL ON JUDICIAL COMPLAINTS AND THE JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION. TWO FINAL SECTIONS COVER THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DISTRICT COURTS AND THE FISCAL OPERATIONS OF THE COURT SYSTEM. EXTENSIVE TABLES, GRAPHS, AND CHARTS ARE INCLUDED.
