Abstract: THE BEHAVIORAL OBJECTIVES OF THIS PUBLICATION ARE DESCRIBED AS ENABLING THE STUDENTS USING THE TRAINING MANUAL TO IDENTIFY COMPONENTS AND PERSONNEL OF THE MARYLAND COURT SYSTEM, INCLUDING: THE COURT OF APPEALS; THE COURT OF SPECIAL APPEALS; THE CIRCUIT COURT; THE DISTRICT COURT; MEMBERS OF EACH OF THE COURTS, LISTED IN DIRECTORIES FOLLOWING THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH COURT (E.G., JUDGES, COURT CLERKS), ALONG WITH THEIR JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDS AND THEIR GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION.
