THIS VOLUME OF THE ANNUAL REPORT GIVES AN OVERVIEW OF ACTIVITIES, PRESENTS HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WORK OF EACH DIVISION, EXPLAINS THE COMMUNITY SERVICE ACTIVITIES, GIVES HIGHLIGHTS OF SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAMS, AND CONTAINS NUMEROUS PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN ACTION. IT IS WRITTEN IN AN INFORMAL MANNER AND INCLUDES INFORMATION OF INTEREST TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. TABULAR AND GRAPHIC MATERIAL IS INCLUDED.
