INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR DETERMINING PRESUMPTIVE SENTENCES USING THE SENTENCING GUIDELINES GRID PROVIDED, AND POLICIES ARE DESCRIBED FOR ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS OF STAYED SENTENCES, REVOKING STAYED SENTENCES, THE ASSIGNMENT OF JAIL CREDIT, SENTENCING CERTIFIED JUVENILES, AND THE USE OF PRESENTENCE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS FOR SEX OFFENDERS.
