LATER CHAPTERS DISCUSS OPENING THE INVESTIGATION, PRELIMINARY STEPS, INTERVIEWING, EXAMINING RECORDS, QUESTIONNAIRES AND FORM LETTERS, PRESERVING AND REPORTING THE EVIDENCE, CONTACTS WITH THE NEWS MEDIA, AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS.
