Abstract: The projects included in the report concern conformity or nonconformity with the penal code of public judgments regarding offense seriousness; the social perception of penal law; the relationship of community conditions and attitudes to property crime, as evidenced by a study of Merida City (Venezuela); and criminal law in Cuba.
