Abstract: Citations are indexed, keyworded, and arranged alphabetically by author under 6 major category headings. Topics covered under administration and planning include crime, conflict and risk, design, discipline, fees, law, litter, minority groups, police-fire-reserves, philosophy, public relations, programs, records, policy, and traffic. Under the category behavior, criminal, deviant, juvenile, and minority groups are considered, as are littering and vandalism. The training section covers animals, administration, crime, emergency skills, laws, philosophy, public relations, reports, and risk and conflict. There also are sections on hiring issues and safety.
