Annotation: Syllabuses and resource lists are provided for teaching courses on the following foreign criminal justice systems; Canada, Japan, Sweden, People's Republic of China, the Soviet Union, Great Britain, Australia, and the Federal Republic of Germany.
Abstract: Each of the course syllabuses has been constructed by an expert on the country covered. In each course, the criminal justice system is viewed in the context of the country's history and culture, with the entire criminal justice system reviewed. The format for each course syllabus is the same. It presents a course description, rationale, objectives, and outline, accompanied by an extensive list of recommended readings.
