It begins with reviews of the recommendations that came from the seventh Congress, held in 1985; then moves on to an analysis of juvenile delinquency in the world, and the many factors involved. It contains guidelines for the prevention of juvenile delinquency (the Riyadh Guidelines). Subtopics include child abuse and exposure to violence; child exploitation; street children; and primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention.
