DISCUSSION OF MEASURES USED AGAINST AIRCRAFT HIJACKERS UNDER EXISTING NATIONAL LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS AND OF MEASURES THAT CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST COUNTRIES GRANTING ASYLUM TO AIRCRAFT HIJACKERS.
Abstract
PARTICULAR ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE TOKYO AND THE HAGUE AGREEMENTS AS THEY APPLY TO AIRCRAFT HIJACKING. THE POINT IS MADE THAT THE MOST EFFECTIVE WEAPON AGAINST THIS OFFENSE WOULD BE THE REFUSAL OF ALL NATIONS TO GRANT ASYLUM TO THESE OFFENDERS. --IN FRENCH
