Abstract
PROJECTS WERE INCLUDED IF THEY INVOLVED: EFFORTS BASED UPON THE CONCEPT OF CRIME ORIENTED PLANNING; PREVENTION AND/OR REDUCTION OF CRIME AND DELINQUENCY; OFFENDERS DIVERTED FROM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM; REDUCTION OF RECIDIVISM; REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS; SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT; FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT; A DEGREE OF COOPERATION AND INTEGRATION WITH OTHER COMPONENTS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM; AND INITIAL AND CONTINUED COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR THE PROGRAM.
