Abstract
THE REPORTS DEAL WITH REHABILITATION, WORK AND STUDY RELEASE PROGRAMS FOR JUVENILE AND ADULT OFFENDERS, DIVERSION, AND PRETRIAL INTERVENTION FOR FIRST OFFENDERS OR OFFENDERS ACCUSED OF MINOR OFFENSES. SPECIAL PROBLEMS IN REHABILITATING ALCOHOLICS AND DRUG USERS ARE ADDRESSED IN THE RESEARCH AS WELL AS COMMUNITY RELATIONS WITH REHABILITATED CRIMINALS.
