Data pertinent to pretrial release and detention report on the number released before or detained until case disposition, time between arrest and pretrial release by most serious charge, type of pretrial release, bail amount by most serious arrest charge, median and mean bail amounts by pretrial release/detention outcome and most serious charge, the use of financial conditions for pretrial release 1990-2009, released felony defendants who failed to make a scheduled court appearance by most serious charge, and released defendants rearrested prior to case disposition by most serious arrest charge.
