You may also see the Order Photocopy image () associated with some of the resources you find on the site. This means that the document is not available in original hard copy, but we may make a black and white photocopy of the original for you. To order a copy, click the Order Photocopy icon to drop the item into your shopping cart.
Once you are done shopping on the NCJRS site, go to the shopping cart page, click the Check Out button, and follow the directions.
Additional help on using the Shopping Cart System is available.
How do I check on the status of an order?
Track the status of your order by logging into your account.
Why aren't all publications on the site available to order?
Some publications do not have sufficient inventory to be included in the Shopping Cart System. Photocopies of publications that are out of stock may be available. This is indicated by the Order Photocopy icon (). Click on the icon to order a black and white copy of the document.
Since NCJRS only distributes sponsoring agency publications, most publications that are found in the Abstracts Database are not available for ordering through the Shopping Cart System. If the publication cannot be photocopied then it may be obtained through inter-library loan. More detailed instructions on how to obtain documents in the Abstracts Database are available.
If you cannot find the item you are searching for or download an electronic version, contact us directly.
