OVC's Strategy
Many states have devised and implemented centralized crisis response plans, so OVC encourages communities in crisis to first contact their State VOCA administrator. OVC also plans to conduct a series of regional seminars and training courses so local crisis response teams learn how to respond to need in their communities.
