Identify students' recommendations for positive change for victim compensation programs. Description of Activity and Faculty Guidelines: The instructor divides students into groups of ten. Utilizing the student worksheet, each group will discuss: o The "two greatest strengths and weaknesses" of victim compensation programs. o "Three specific differences" among compensation programs. o "One recommendation" for improvement. The instructor will ask each group to report its "one recommendation for improvement" to the full group, and write the recommendation on a tear sheet.
