The Ultimate Trainer: An OVC Curriculum for Training Design and Delivery

Formerly known as the Ultimate Educator Program, this revised interactive training curriculum will help participants build their knowledge and skills for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating quality training programs. During the training program, participants will use newly learned concepts and skills to develop a lesson plan for a training session at their agency. The intended audience typically includes victim service providers and allied professionals who develop and deliver training but do not have a formal background or extensive experience in adult education or instructional design.
