Part 2 provides a brief chronological record of significant police events in New Zealand and various Australian jurisdictions. Part 3 lists the various institutions (libraries), systems, and sources of information pertinent to police in the two countries. Twelve articles in Part 4 cover a wide range of topics in policing, with all but two of the articles providing guidance pertinent to improved police administration.
