Abstract
The manual also aims to help prisoners read the 'Rules and Procedures Manual' published by the U.S. Parole Commission. The guidelines explain how to use the booklet. It also tells how to figure the probable parole date and how to prepare for the initial hearing, the interim hearing, the recission hearing, and the revocation hearing. Information on the National Appeal and on taking a case to Federal court is also included.
