THE GUIDE SEEKS TO RAISE THE LARGEST ISSUES AND TO BE INFORMATIVE ON THE BASIC LAW ON THE SUBJECT. THE TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE PRISONERS' RIGHTS AT PRISON DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS AND OTHER DUE PROCESS ISSUES, THE QUESTION OF TREATMENT AND CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT, FREE COMMUNICATION, ACCESS TO THE COURTS AND THE PROBLEMS OF PRISON CENSORSHIP, RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL DISCRIMINATION, PAROLE, CONFINEMENT, AND POLITICAL RIGHTS.
