This document describes reimbursement procedures to provide financial assistance to smaller counties for the investigation, prosecution, and eradication of clandestine laboratories illegally producing controlled substances in California.
Abstract
Eligible counties and activities are described, and reimbursable costs and rates are delineated. A reimbursement claim form is provided, together with instructions for completing and certifying forms and submitting claims. Cost reports for law enforcement, prosecution, and toxic waste costs are provided. Attachments reproduce relevant State law.
