This report presents tables showing sentences by jurisdiction, offense, and sentence range for Maryland prison inmates during 1988.
Abstract
The tables used the most serious offense resulting in a criminal conviction, the total sentence imposed for all convictions, and the jurisdiction where the conviction for the most serious offense occurred. Both circuit court and district court dispositions are included in these tables. Appendix shows frequency of incarceration and probation dispositions by specific offense.
