Abstract
Private sector companies delivering correctional services must find ways to charge offenders for their rehabilitation. Additionally, private sector corrections must find economical ways to deliver their services. Good management practices and innovation must be encouraged. Ways must be found for State-supported corrections efforts and private enterprise to work together to improve the effectiveness of the corrections profession.
