Since the early 1980s, 140 countries have furnished reports relating to the substances listed in Schedules I to IV annexed to the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
Abstract
The statistical data available to the Board present only a partial picture of the global manufacture and trade with respect to these substances, and caution is advised in basing any firm conclusions on the data presented.
