The introductory section presents information on the county (population and economic indicators) and on crime in the county (reported crime, disposition, and juvenile arrests). The section on the administration and coordination of corrections services describes the administrative structure for community corrections and the responsibilities of the various associated administrative bodies. Program descriptions encompass administration, traditional field services, nonsecure client programming, local incarceration and detention, related services, and the use of State institutions. For each program type, the plan outlines organization, program description, client activity, staff complement, a 1990 action plan, and a budget summary. Information covers both juvenile and adult offenders. A separate section addresses planning for female juvenile and adult offenders. A budget addendum is provided.
