Reprinted articles in the kit point out the advantages of ADR as a tool for lawyers and offer advice on counseling clients on the use of ADR. Descriptions of law firm implementation of ADR are also included, along with assessments of the effectiveness of ADR in different legal settings such as corporate and family law. Situations in which ADR may not be effective are also identified.
