The data collection methodology is provided to illustrate how arrestees were measured for drug use. Statistics provided cover the fourth quarter from October to December of 1988. The data provided includes drug use by male arrestees in Kansas City as compared to other cities, drug use by female arrestees, multiple drug use among cocaine users, and "ice" use among arrestees. Tables are provided for each statistic, and graphs are provided for male/female comparisons of drug use within different cities. 6 tables, 12 graphs.
