In particular, a body of resource material has been compiled and organized so that students can pursue further development in the various areas of their personal, interpersonal and career or lifestyle functioning as indicated by their Test Plus assessments. Readers will be informed about the Test Plus instrument, its administration and the interpretation of scores. The various steps of individual assessment, decision making, use of resource materials, and classroom presentations that students actively engaged in during the 30-hour module will be described. Positive outcomes of using the Test Plus instrument and the benefits derived by students as they work through the other important steps in a learning process will also be discussed. Finally, the author will share his own experience in developing and piloting the 30-hour module, called Personality Plus, currently used in his own classroom. (Author abstract)
