Currently, the firm is involved in sorting out Florida's title insurance fiasco where insurance agents defrauded their parent companies of sums approaching seven figures. Also likely to seek Niscor's talents are companies that own toxic dump sites and bankrupt savings and loans companies. Almost all of Niscor's investigators are former Internal Revenue Service officials, thus they require little training as investigators, but they do have to be guided through "degovernmentalization," where the end product is arrest. Most of Niscor's clients do not want arrest, but prefer to quickly resolve the problem by firing the embezzler.
