It outlines steps for planning a crime prevention project: assessing the needs of the community; planning the operation; specifying the aim of the activity, setting goals, selecting strategies, identifying tasks and priorities, and determining resources; lining up resources; implementing the plan; and nourishing, monitoring, and evaluating the project.
