Abstract
The module discusses the duty to act fairly and the principle of information sharing and examines the application of fairness and information sharing to regular disciplinary actions. Participants learn about the various disciplinary options available to them and when to use them appropriately. Other module sections discuss the general structure of disciplinary hearings and the role of fairness and information sharing in those hearings.
