This second standards supplement contains all additions, revision, deletions, and interpretations for the manuals of standards published by the American Correctional Association Standards Committee and the Commission on Accreditation for Corrections between 1979 and 1983.
Abstract
The report contains corrections on standards for the administration of correctional agencies, adult parole authorities, adult community residential services, and adult probation and parole field services. Other areas which the supplement covers include adult correctional institutions, adult local detention facilities, juvenile community residential facilities, juvenile probation and aftercare services, juvenile detention facilities, and juvenile training schools. The changes are summarized in a separate section. 2 appendixes
