This report contains hearings held before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary concerning H.R. 5037, H.R. 5038, H.R. 5384, H.R. 5385, and H.R. 5386. These bills were all designed to assist State and local governments in reducing the incidence of crime and to increase the effectiveness, fairness, and coordination of law enforcement and criminal justice systems at all levels of government.
Abstract
