Abstract
Resources on recruitment in graduate and professional education are included, along with a few relevant references of broader scope on diversity in higher education. The bibliography is divided into two parts. Part one deals with the recruitment of students to graduate and professional programs or schools, while part two focuses on faculty recruitment for these programs or schools. Each part is subdivided into three sections. The first section includes general literature on the topic, the second discussions of particular strategies or programs that have been used, and the third what is being done in particular professions or fields of study. The bibliography was developed in response to the controversial nature of achieving racial and ethnic diversity among students and faculty on college and university campuses.
