To evaluate Texas Narcotics Control Program (TNCP) task force projects, the Criminal Justice Policy Council (CJPC) has been analyzing data culled from 31,000 extensive case summaries involving TNCP task force projects arrests and dispositions. This Anti-Drug Abuse Data Collection and Analysis Program publishes reports on current drug interdiction efforts occurring in the States.
Abstract
This Technical Assistance Guide (TAG) is designed for task force personnel involved in completing and submitting the three-part Anti-Drug Abuse Data Element Forms to the CJPC. The data element form consists of three sections, namely suspect, arrest, and court. The form is used to submit suspect demographic, prior criminal history, arrest, available case filing information, remaining case filing information, court disposition, and sentencing information, and to maintain program records. This TAG explains in detail the mechanics and options involved in completing the form. 5 appendixes
