These policies and procedures will be implemented and monitored by the Executive Board, Project Coordinator, Unit Supervisor, and other personnel. The manual outlines the responsibilities of each of these positions, as well as office procedures, code of conduct, and appearance/dress requirements. Other topics covered include investigative procedures, arrest and raid procedures, firearms, intelligence files, informant management, electronic surveillance, seizures and forfeitures, evidence, security, vehicles, overtime procedures, and news releases.
