Each entry includes the author's name, title, and citation as well as a summary sentence and a list of descriptive search terms. An index is included to research entries by the search terms and there is a computer searchable format for the bibliography. General subject headings used in the bibliography include negotiation (strategies and theories), mediation, nonbinding recommendation procedures, arbitration, institutional nature, subject matter applications, third-party issues, types of sources, settlement, comparisons, requirements to use, and miscellaneous.
