Abstract
Knowledge domains of the instructional unit focus on attempts to commit crimes, conspiracies to commit crimes, solicitation to commit crimes, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, public nuisances, disturbing a public meeting, obstructing sidewalks or streets, and gaming violations. The lesson plans include definitions and elements of the particular crime and identify relevant sections of California's Penal Code. Supporting materials include sections of California's conspiracy statute and case law relevant to disturbing the peace.
