This directory presents a State-by-State list of more than 400 prosecutor-based victim and witness assistance programs and State victim compensation programs.
Abstract
The information was collected from February to June of 1986. Each entry lists the name of the prosecutor, the judicial circuit in which the program is located, the address of the judicial circuit, the name and contact person for the program, and the program's address and telephone number. The population of the jurisdiction served is also noted, and a form is provided for listing additional programs for inclusion in a future directory.
