This annual report of the New York State Law Enforcement Accreditation Program documents the program¦s principle activities and achievements of 1992.
Abstract
It has three sections: Operation, Administration, and Prospects for the Future. At the end of 1992, there were 211 agencies participating in the program-37 percent of the 564 eligible agencies. Agencies that are accredited or officially working toward accreditation are identified. Clippings of newspaper articles and other documents that endorsed the program in 1992 are included as well as a list of the current members of the accreditation model. 1 table and 3 appendixes
